You cannot compensate quality with quantity. Teaching is a noble profession as the saying goes. The money we earned from teaching is not a payment for our job as a teacher but a compensation for hard work and dedication... that is why if you will look at it... teachers are always underpaid. What is more important is you love what you do and you are proud of the result of the work you done because at the end of the day... you are still a teacher... paid or underpaid. I agree.
